Dating from the late nineteenth century, the cottage was originally a railway worker’s home, facing directly onto the original and active track.  It features a cosy lounge with window seat, a modern kitchen-diner, downstairs toilet and utility area, family bathroom and two double bedrooms.


The cottage is the ideal base for exploring the locality, including Conwy with its castle, quay, historic walls and Elizabethan manor house, Plas Mawr, as well as The Smallest House in Wales and the estuary.  Slightly further afield are the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno, Surf Snowdonia, and of course Snowdon itself.
